1. Description of Service
Our service operates continuously to ensure you always have internet access when you need it. We facilitate the instant delivery of data bundles directly to your registered or specified phone number upon successful payment confirmation.
2. Account Requirements
To utilize our services safely and effectively, you agree to the following account rules:
- Accuracy: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
- Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately and without notice if they show suspicious activity, engage in fraud, or violate our usage guidelines.
3. Payments and Delivery
- Secure Processing: All payments are processed securely through authorized Mobile Money (MoMo) and Paystack gateways. We do not process payments outside of these verified channels.
- Automated Crediting: Once your payment is successfully verified by the gateway, our automated system instantly credits the data bundle to your specified mobile number.
- User Responsibility for Numbers: Please double-check and ensure you enter the correct recipient number before confirming any transaction. We cannot reverse transactions or offer refunds for data successfully delivered to a wrong number provided by the user.
4. Limitations of Liability
- Network Reliance: While we strive for uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee absolute platform uptime due to our inherent reliance on external telecom networks (MTN).
- Outages and Delays: In no event shall EliteDataGh be held liable for any delays, failed deliveries, or subsequent losses caused by network outages, technical glitches, or system maintenance on the part of the network providers.
